Agreement
By using the NestEgg app or nesteggfire.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
NestEgg is not financial advice
This is the term that matters most. NestEgg is an educational planning tool. It is not a financial adviser, broker, tax adviser or insurance adviser, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or do anything with your money.
Every figure the app and this site produce is a projection built from assumptions you choose — return rates, inflation, spending, retirement age, withdrawal rate. Change an assumption and the answer changes. Markets, tax law and health insurance rules change too, and no projection accounts for your particular circumstances. Talk to a licensed professional before acting on a retirement decision.
No guarantee of accuracy
We work to keep the calculations correct, but the app and site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projection will resemble your actual future.
Your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.
Purchases and subscriptions
NestEgg Pro is sold as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple's App Store and Google Play. Their terms govern billing, renewal, refunds and cancellation. A subscription renews until cancelled in your store account settings. We do not process payments and cannot issue store refunds.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, and do not use it unlawfully. We may suspend access that does any of these.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestEgg is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any financial loss arising from decisions you make using the app or this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. Continuing to use the app or site after a change means you accept it.
